Crit time - with pizza!
The weekly criterium racing at Wodonga TAFE continue on December 6 and 13. The pre-Christmas race series will conclude with prizes. And the club championships will be decided on 13 December. So hang around with us on Wednesday 13 December and grab some pizza and drink. We have Ashlar Woodfire Gourmet Pizzas coming to the track at the Logic Centre. Buy a slice per completed lap, a can of drink, and enjoy the presentations.
Ballarat Road National Championship Big Day Trip.
Sunday 7 January - the day that elite woman and elite men decide who will be Australia's champion for 2018. You could be there. We're arranging a day trip - we hope to get a bus so we can share the costs and travel together. Are you interested? Of course you are!

Club clothing for you to buy!
Grab a polo shirt for $40. Or a hoodie for $55. There are limited numbers and sizes available from our mid-year order. Grab them at the crit racing at Wodonga TAFE on a Wednesday evening.

Club socks also available for $20 a pair. Email the club if you want some.
Club Christmas BBQ, Sunday 17 December, Oddies Creek Park, from 12noon. Bring anyone. Snags, bread, salad, soft drink provided.



Christmas BBQ


Yes, it's that time of year again! We are holding the club Christmas BBQ at Oddies Creek Park on 17th December from 12 noon onwards. Come along with your partner and kids and enjoy some fun in the sun. Sausages, bread, salad and soft drink will be provided. All you will need to bring is a chair.

This is the day after the club championship road race so we will be presenting medals for TT, Crit and road race champs of each grade at the BBQ.

Tour of Aldonga wrap up.

Thanks to everyone who raced this weekend. Sorry my speech was a little short at the presentations it was hot and didnt want people standing around ,also I was cooked!

What a brilliant weekend of racing we had theres so many great people to thank for this event and its early success. 
The volunteers and those behind the scene especially Ken Payne,Greg Featonby, Ross Reed, Jodie Nicholls , Terry Halpin ,Paul Burns and Neil Van Der Ploeg.

its our first real attempt at this and a lot of work went on behind the scenes but it was worth it. To see everyone out there having a good go it makes it worthwhile. We have things to learn and only aim to improve in the future.

Tour of Aldonga Start Times

Start times for the rour are:

Stage 1- C and D Grade 12pm
A and B Grade 2pm
Stage 2- First rider off 9:30am (d,c,b,a)
Stage 3- 1:30pm ( C and D Grade First)

Crits Return

We've lost an hour of sleep but we've gained the crits again!
This wednesday the the 4th of October the crits kick off again from 5:30pm.

At the DECA Driver Training Centre Barnwartha. The full closed circuit offers a brilliant afternoon of racing!

Juniors start at 5:30pm
Sign on from 5:15pm

C and D grade start at 6pm (This time is set this year if you are not on the start line by 6 you will miss the start)

C -25 mins +2 laps
D -Grade 20mins + 2 laps

A and B Grade 6:30pm Start.

A Grade 35mins +3 laps (time will extend as days become longer)

B grade- 30mins + 2 laps.
